And sign up. There are basic computer classes to help.
If you’re determined not to learn computer, then, there are books available at the job center with updates on
jobs. Newspapers have classifieds, but, unless the company has multiple openings, you must apply the very day
the ad was posted. If not, there is a very slim possibility that you will get the job.
For those of you that do not have or wish to learn the skills to fax, write resumes, or use the Internet to search
for jobs, then it is the leather path for you. It is the exercise path to the help wanted signs and collecting applications.
If you are working or have worked recently and have fellow workers that you can contact, then ask them for any job
openings they know of. Pastor of your church and church members can help in your job search by recommending openings. This
is called networking. Spreading the word out that you are available and receiving information on places that need someone
with your skills.
Look up employment services in the telephone book. There are 256 Employment related services on the MSN.COM search
engine: http://www.msn.com scroll to YELLOW PAGES on the left hand side and put in Employment Services. Here is just an example:

Going door to door any more to find a job is stressful, time consuming, and has a low return as to finding a job. Unless
you are looking for an entry-level job, if so, then door-to-door is probably the best way.
However, if you have at least
some computer skills and are looking for a more permanent situation, then, there are employment websites waiting for you.
Before we go, may be it would be best to learn about resumes. Most websites and even employers that you go to door-to-door
